i work at the nursery at my church during the service but i've been having some problems. the kids won't listen to me. they run around, and down the hall, jump off tables. i try to dissapline them but i don't know what to do. they won't sit down for a time out and if they get mad they run out of the nursery and down the hallway. when i try to bring them back in they kick and scatch me. what do i do?

I would challenge them with rules and rewards. Kids like challenges, and think its fun to get a reward for doing something. Try stickers, stamps, fake awards, it may go a long way!
