Go to sleep as soon as possible from now, but set your alarm clock to go off10 mins before the coverage starts. This will give you enough time to get coffee, etc. to keep you awake throughout the race! The few hours sleep that you will get between now and then should be enough to keep you up anyway...

I have that problem with ausralia, japan china and kuala lumpur. the real solution is to watch it with a buddy, cuz when you see it alone, you might fall asleep, red bull and sweets are not a good idea, maybe try to sleep some time early and wake up an hour before the race... and dont forget that this race will e the first with out michael, and it's a whole new formula one. its gonna be a exciting race

Do you have any vitamins? A good B complex will give you energy 100 mg(no more) or it will upset your stomach. That and some coffee or a red bull will do the trick unless your just exhausted at which point your body will take over and you will have to go to sleep.A good B complex is great for energy I take one every day.

(Hehe Lynn, you got that of Tom and Jerry didn't you lol)

You probably wont, but doing my hair keeps me awake.
I do it the night before cuz I dont have time in the morning.
Dont do stuff that involves you not moving round much.
Dont:
Do homework
Use the computer
Read
Play on a console
Watch T.V.

That usually makes me tired.
Maybe if you cooked a meal for the show.
And went for a nigt run or something, just stay UUPP and About.

Drink tea? Actually, have a work out. Whenever I'm sleepy or something, I do a bit of martial arts, and that really keeps me awake. Hehehe.

Go to your local bar and ask around for Adderall or Dexedrine. Those are what people in the military use to keep awake.

Your best bet is going to be exercise awhile before you have to sit and watch your Australian GP.
Get your blood pumping and your adrenaline going.
If you drink caffeine it may work for awhile but then your going to crash and burn possibly before your ready.

Coffee, coffee and yet more strong coffee. Oh and some match sticks might be useful too. Enjoy the race!

Red bull and coffee help. Sit somewhere uncomfortable. Anything that causes you discomfort of contains caffene should work.
