They even shut down the part of the FBI that was looking for Bin Laden. I am waiting for then to scare us again to put us back in line.

It depends on how Bush's approval polls are right now.
If his approval rating is low, then we're probably under Orange or Red.
If it's high, then probably only yellow or green.
