I am Puerto Rican so I feel more than qualified to answer this and probably any other Spanish related question. It simply means "The life in Spain" and since I was honest and hopefully made you feel comfortable with my Latin credentials hopefully you will smile while giving me some very much needed extra points. :)

"la vida" is Spanish for 'life', "en" is 'in' and España is of course Spain. So it becomes "life in Spain" for the literal translation.

"la vida en América" life in America
