Not really into romance movies but I loved Kate and Leopold (spelling???) it has some humor, some tears, and lots of romance... Also I don't remember the name of the movie but it has Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler going on the same date bunches of times I think the name is like 10 First Dates or something like that... love Adam Sandler...

Shakespeare in Love is pretty funny, but also a little sad. I think the American Pie movies are great. Love Potion #9 is a good oldie. Don't they have a section entitled "Romantic Comedies"? Just look there.
