Has somebody died using an ipod or zune?

Has somebody actually died while listening to a zune or an ipod. I mean like walking on the street and got run by a car over cause they were looking at the screen.

There's a story going around in Toronto about a guy walking along railroad tracks while listening to an i-pod and didn't hear the train coming up behind him, but I don't know if it's true.

Then there's also Rick Mercer's (a Canadian celeb) story about the guy who was found 3 days after he was pinned under a tree in a storm... the rescuers found him because of the light coming from his i-Pod... of course, they would have found him 2 days earlier if he had taken his earbuds out and heard the rescuers' shouts.

i have never heard of people getting killed from an ipod. you know i heard about some kids who died from their giga pets. now that's freaky. you know i wonder like maybe people have been ran over but why do they get ran over is the person driving the car not paying any attention. i know if i don't see a person walking i slow down or i stop.
when i see kids in a community i go into the suicide lane or as far as i can from them and slow down till the realize I'm there. i swear i hate some people that don't deserve the license

my teacher said that he almost ran ovr 2 gurls cause they wasnt payin attenin and he slammed on da brakes and when he stoped the gurls still didnt pay attenin when they were very close 2 gettin ran over. blese thier he♥rts

Yes they have...but its not that major...most of them just get hit and end up in stable condition in tha hospital....I call that low lack of attention skills. tsk tsk tsk.
