He can ask her by just cuddling with her and make her feel good and then ask her and she will definitely say yes if she really love him

It a tough job, but someone has to do it.....and it is usually always the man to ask.
This is probably the most difficult question a man can ever ask a woman.
It does not matter what else is around you.
You can be surrounded by mud and dirt and it won't matter, when you ask her.
But, always start off by telling her how much she means to you, and how much you love her and say it with your heart, your eyes, the way they look at her, and with the gentle way you hold her hand, or push her hair aside.
When you have shared all that your heart wants her to know, then you get down on your knee, (don't rush it), because you will be taking her breath away, and creating a memory here for the rest of your life....then say, her full name and then say will you be my wife or marry me.

well, i'm not the candles and dinner type of gal. it's nice but i'd rather it be different. something unexpected. many times the dinner thing is a dead give away. that doesnt mean ask her while she's brushing her teeth. that's a little to unexpected.why not go for a walk downtown or in a beautiful park or by the lake. all of a sudden, drop down on one knee and ask. totally unexpected, spontanious, and memorable. you know what she likes. what i mentioned is something i would like. use your imagination. good luck. let us know how it goes.

Just pick a time and a place and make sure to have a nice ring and be romantic about it and ask when the mood is right. Good luck to you and i hope she says yes:) Roses and things like that are a nice touch as well. make sure to get down on one knee when you ask..... Use your imaginations and be creative.

aww most womens minds drift away when this subject comes to mind (or at least mine does :P) do something lovely like in friends where you put candles everywher in the house/flat. and suprise her.. tell her your at work all day and cant see her till the next day... but instead do this and greet her with this suprise when she comes hom from work/ or whatever.. have a meal waiting for her.... and either before or after youve eaten ask her.. get dwon on one knee and tell he how you love her and why you would be soo happy if she married you :)

Well if your girl is happy, content, and maybe giving some hints to you about her dream or what she wants in life,thats the sign of wanting to settle down. Woman's will ask or give a hint about asking you what you want in life,but to make it more excitingwhy dont you just ask her,then maybe she will tell you....................
