The only issue I have with that whole incident is that one officer fired 31 shots. You should not be allowed to carry a weapon if it takes you more than three bullets to hit a close range target.

He also had a deadly weapon and was using it, a 3000 pound car with about 200 horsepower. How would you react when someone was trying to run you over. The bullet count was way too high, 50, 30 and 20 I think. The gentleman with the 50 shots was of the same race and it is called a racist act, go figure. The groom to be performed a deadly act while under the influence of one or more thought process altering things, those police officers had families who wanted them home at the end of the day. Try to kill someone, it might backfire badly! Having an upcoming wedding gives you no rights to try to run anyone over witha car, a waste of life for sure. I had a bachelor party, no one got hurt! I didn't try to endanger anyone. Justified is my answer!

from what I read sounded justified...anytime you lurch t a cop with a 5,000 lb object (car) it's considered deadly force....sounds like too much booze got in the way of clear thinking...when you are around people with guns just keep your mouth shut and do what you are told.

At this point a new witness has stepped foreward so we really don't know what the truth is do we? Not the time to jump to conclusions.
