(Smartbridge Alerts-BTHelpNotifier.ex). Cant seem to get rid of this nuisance off my desktop at start up., Help.

I'd love to know that one as well, I get the same thing
Only started when I upgraded to IE7, think is bug in the way BT and IE7 work
Been looking for the answer for ages, but seems only way is to undo the upgrade
hope find good answer soon

It actually seems to be linked to BT help programme, I uninstalled the BT help programme using add remove programmes and the alert disappeared. You can always reinstall it from the BT site if you ever find you need it but i have never used it yet. Good luck.

Go to start, search, files and folders,smartbridge,you will see a file double click,there is a file in there psapi.dll change it to psapiold.dll then reboot computer.
