I've only seen this article on this one web page, nowhere else! And I originally heard this story on talk radio and I was appaled. I have nothing against homosexuality being bisexual myself, but this is a parent to child issue.
Isn't what they did illegal with the non-disclosure clause?
What do you think of this story?

I'm appalled! As parents, we constantly talked to our children about being open and honest, particularly in the sometimes troublesome teen years and particularly when it came to social matters. For this school to require the children to sign a confidentiality agreement for any reason not only negates the parent/child open forum, but is a slap in the face of each and every parent. If my children attended that school, believe me, heads would roll. I certainly hope this isn't the end of the story, which I wasn't even aware of until I read your question.

What ?... i object to the condemnation of a characteristic of human nature...that's the only offense i see. Our prejudice wont alter a homosexual, any more than a homosexual will alter me, or you, or any one else.
It is education, and a far better way to enlighten than enforced ignorance. Teaching actuality rather than preference is far more preferable to me, than teaching fear, or prejudice, or judgmentally, or discrimination, or negligence, or procrastination, or ideology, or religious bigotry.
i am not sure i understand the secrecy, tho...that's not very cool.
I agree with you there.
