Science is not really a subject. Science is really the biggest word in the dictionary. It may seem like a short and simple word, but science has to do with all materials, matters, liquids, life, space, technology and as whole life and our existence. Science is a study of everything, to include us. So to really to live, and understand life in general, you need some kind of science knowledge. Even in the kitchen, when you cook, you are always running across something that requires ingredients, don't have it? Then you start experimenting. That is a science. So what I am saying, to live, and understand how things work, understand life, and understand yourself, you need science as a subject.

Take it from me, experiment, have fun doing it, and just relax with science. Learn all you can, then go out and see what you can do with the knowledge. We will never stop learning. We all will learn something new every day till the day we pass on, we all will be involved with science in one form or another. But, just have fun with it, smile, and achieve your goals and curiosities.

Now you see what we got from the subject.

Everyone should have a basic understanding of how the world around them works. Science as a subject in the school accomplishes, or attempts to accomplish, that goal.
