You should decide to move or not move based on what *you* want, not based on what your mother wants, and not based on what your boyfriend wants.
If you're old enough to have the option not to move with your mother you're old enough to make up your own mind.
You also are enough of an adult not to cheat on your boyfriend if you don't really want to.
Your mom's move is your signal that it's time for you to grow up.

If you are under 18 and your mom is your guardian, you dont really have a choice. If your mom supports you, it should be no brainer.
