You could try a diet of all fatty foods, though I really don't know why you would WANT to gain weight.

If you eat enough you certainly will gain weight, but I gather that for a variety of reasons you do not gain weight easily. In truth, you really do not want to increase your body fat percentage.

Rather than add fat to your body, how about adding lean mass? You can do this by engaging in weight lifting. You want to do relatively few reps with larger weight. I had the same problem when I was in my teens and twenties - my recommendation worked to some extent, but you need to keep it up.

By the way, I suspect in twenty years you will be wondering where those days went where it was hard to gain weight...so you really don't need to do anything.

do not eat fatty foods and lie around, there is proper ways to gain "weight". i dont think u are after a fat belly and are wanting bigger arms etc, so basically get down to your local gym and partake in high weight low rep exercises and stocl up on complex carbohydrates, none of the simple carbs e.g. chocolate.
