Get some stuff called Mod Podge. You'll have to use this on both sides of the puzzle to keep it together. (Usually it's best to use more than one coat on each side too.) After you've done this and let it dry thoroughly, then you're ready to frame it. Just make sure you DON'T use a "poster" frame. They're made for a thin sheet of paper only, so it may make the plexiglass bow out in the middle where your puzzle sits, or may not allow the frame to fit together at all. Yes they are cheaper, but it's really hard to get them to work right with anything but a poster. From there, you'll have to figure out the final dimensions of the puzzle itself and figure out what size frame you need. If you need help from there, just let me know. =)

How to Frame a Jigsaw Puzzle
Many people like to frame completed puzzles. There are many ways to do this, but the best way to frame a puzzle is to have it done professionally. Customers have also had puzzles framed at one of the do-it-yourself framing stores if you can find one in your area. Remember, a puzzle when completed, glued and framed can look like a work of art so make sure it is done correctly. We know it may be extremely difficult to cart a completed puzzle down to a store so you may want to do some research first and look around for stores that will frame your finished puzzle for you.

You should take down the dimensions and if you choose, have the frame pieces built for you. Take them home, and then assemble the puzzle in the frame yourself if you do not want the store to frame the puzzle. If you wish to have it done professionally, have the clerk make an art-print transport sleeve for you (usually 2 pieces of cardboard taped together like an envelope) take it home, then slide the puzzle in the sleeve. This will keep the puzzle intact and protected from the weather, while you transport it back to the store.

Some customers like the metal frames for puzzles because they come in a large variety of colors. Metal frames have grooved channels where mounting hardware can be secured. (so you can hang it on a wall). The boards that back the puzzle should be strong and capable of withstanding the puzzle glue and humidity. Some customers place the glue on the board first and then assemble the puzzle over the glued board. The puzzle is then delicately positioned on top of the backing board and pressed smooth. Some customers have used double-sided tape instead of puzzle glue, but be forewarned, it must be very strong tape and there should be several strips running down the center to prevent the puzzle from bowing.

Puzzles should be covered with glass or a nice transparent plastic sheet after they are framed because the cover will protect the puzzle from people touching it with oily hands. The cover will also help secure the puzzle from collapsing or bowing from within the frame. Many customers recommend using conservation glass with built-in UV protection which will keep the puzzle colors looking vibrant for many years without fading. Once the puzzle is framed, it will look great and last a long time without any worry

I think over-doing it with different meaningless puzzles all over your walls could be tacky but you could work around that by just limiting the number and just putting up somehting that has some sort of importance to you... just so if someone asks you why you framed this puzzle over any ohter, yoiu will have some story to share and not a 'just because' response :)

There is special puzzle glue that you can buy at almost any craft store, or possibly Meijers even. You just apply that to the puzzle and there you go!!!
