Emo isn't goth. Emo is short for emotional and describes a person thats very sensitive and emotional. Not all emos wear dark clothes, cut, or are dpressed but some do. Goth is different from emo. Goth describes a person who is dark and morbid. aND dont listen to the people who say that emos always talk about how their life sux because we don't thats just a steryotype formed because some emo's do think that thier life sux.

It means emotional. Emos like to wear black and are always unhappy with themselves/life. Some are suicidal.

My granddaughter says it means your very emotional. Her friends would call her that and she'd get upset. After a while she realized she was. So she doesn't get upset now when they call her EMO

It means 'Emotional' or 'emotionally charged'. Basically it encompases the whole 'i feel sorry for myself cause my life sucks' type of people.
