I would like answers from people who have gone through this process whether it was a colonic or through herbal cleansing. I read that this process is good for you, but I would like to know more about it and does it really work??

I've done both and prefer the herbal route!

I gave colonics to someone who had cancer (he drank lots of carrot juice, ate raw salads once a day when he couldn't stand not chewing anymore, and did colonics - his cancer went away) so I got one so I'd know more about what he was going through. I'd say it works, but I think it's rather drastic, so if you don't have a major problem I wouldn't recommend it.

Then I had colon probs for years before I figured out I'd become allergic to soy. I did lots of herbal cleanses and they helped for awhile. (Only awhile because I kept eating soy out of ignorance.) Find a good brand not just something off the grocers shelves as I don't think they are as strong as they could be. I really liked Richard Schulze's stuff from American Botanicals - google it, Intestinal Formula #1 & #2. Dr. Christopher's stuff is good, too.

The herbal formulas pull old gunk off the intestinal walls & heals the colon, too.

Hi,
I've done both too. I prefer herbal cleansing too!
If you feel sluggish, it is a great way to rid your body of the toxins that are bringing you down. It is a good way to shed a few pounds too.
I have been using Isagenix cleanse for the past year.
Good Luck!
