Perfection is a quality...as we all know that there is no such appropriate defination of qualities
Therefore perfection has no such defination 2 define.
But we can say if one has a good hand in some work and according to us, he / she is the one who can do that perticular work in such a way that no-one else can do like that......at that point we can say that,YES that parson has a pefection on that work
We also know that nobody is perfect in this world.....
STILL there are peoples who can do some work which others can't do in that way.

Perfection is an impossibility. Striving for improvement is always good, but with the understanding that perfection will never be actually reached. It can't be necessary, since it can't actually be. It is not boring - that would depend on how interested you are in that particular subject.

Perfection is idleness.
If you don't consciously put your mind to anything, all is perfect. If you snap out of it, reality kicks you. So, that's probably why people strive for spiritual and moral perfection, nirvana?
