What are "my contacts" and what do they do??

Scroll down the bottom of your profile page. They don't do anything. You chose them for whatever reason. And if someone add you to their contact then they would be your fan.

i guess they like your answers or they liked your answer to a question they have asked and might like your input on more questions that they ask!!!
