What if the shock were delivered every time a person posted something that was just intentionally baiting and antagonistic, as opposed to either intriguing or helpful?
Or how about Yahoo just created a "flame war" forum, so all the miscreants could go there to post slurs?
That idea appeals to me much more.

Ya but then they would have to do it to the person getting the violation as well. It could get kinda messy here on answers after a while.
