Um I dont know about living and working cause Ive lived in one place my whole life and I dont work (but Im looking) I live in the most boring city ever :-(
But when it comes to raising kids, Ive raised MANY even from newborn to a year old... (not my kids, lol) but my brothers and my lil cousin I babysat for a whole year straight (awesome experience) I dont think it matters where you live on raising kids, all that matters is you yourself as a parent. If you teach your kids right from the start about how to act, be respectful, about ALLAH and his prophets... and about there DEEN then no matter where you live... its up to YOU and your WIFE to raise your children right!
Ive never been to Dubai but I heard its beautiful, mashallah.
My dad is from Palestine and my mom is from Brazil but were 100% muslim in heart :-) I do not go to college but I plan on it in August inshallah for child psychology. Im so excited, I love kids :-D
