Its my boyfriends birthday tomorrow and we live together with a baby on the way in a couple months thing is I havent been working he works so buying him somthing would be strange sence he works for the money so it would be like buying his owe b-day gift so I need help to give him a good b-day he will be 28 we also dont know anyone here cause we moved here not long ago so we have no friends or family just him and I HELP please

I think you are thinking this too much...Depending on if money is tight or not I would just go and get him something with the money. One thing you and your future husband need to understand is that it doesn't matter who makes the money because it isn't his money and it isn't your money...its the both of yours money. Remember, if you are getting married you become one and by the sounds of it with a baby on the way you are already one, at least I would hope. So don't worry about it. However you may want to give something of yourself, meaning maybe make his favorite dish for dinner or do something he likes that evening he really enjoys. That way it doesn't cost you anything, but of yourself which often times has more impact than spending alot of money anyway. ...Good Luck!

The only birthday gifts that are free are the ones that come from the heart. Personally I believe those are the best! If you cannot afford to purchase anything... Make him a homemade card from funnies.. a paper bag.. construction paper.. an e
envelope.. or whatever.
Them go to the yard and pull up some neighbors roses and put them in a vase. Tie it up with old yarn or ribbon left over from Christmas or a birthday
Then make him a dinner with whatever you may have handy! ( no leftovers please!) Be creative with it. Eggs with veggie faces are good. An ice cream sundae. Homemade pizza. Even a donut or pastry is fine. Then you have to make a book with redeemable coupons for kisses and hugs etc... to be redeemed upon request.
Last but not least write your boyfriend a note explaining you may not have the money for something nice and expensive but... you are giving him the greatest gift of all... Love and a new bundle of joy!

When I was married having babies and not working, i felt much like you do. Thinking it was like he was getting himself a present. But you can still make his favorite dinner with candles and good music and write him an endearing letter about how happy you are to be able to share with him the most precious gift in the world. PS Its going to be a little late

Do you have photos? If you haven't already done so, put together a few photos from when you first got together, and jot down some of your happiest memories associated with that time period... then move forward in time... until you get current.
Tell him how special he is and how much you love and appreciate him. That, along with a nice romantic dinner and cuddling, etc... will make it very special for him.

Go to the dollar store and get a small note book and make him a coupon book 1 for car wash, favorite meal, sexual favor, etc. and that is a perfect gift. he will love it 1 free back rub, you get the idea.

Make him breakfast in the bed -strawberries are pretty cheap so buy chocolate as well and make it chocolate covered strawberries.
Collect your old pics together and get a frame (99c store) and put it together as a collage and try to add your ultra sound (baby pic ) to it as well...... then kiss him and it will lead to a great .......memory!

Not to be crass, but I don't know a guy in the world who isn't pleased with a homemade coupon book full of "Good for one blow___" coupons. It's free, and it's very definitely from you. Just a thought.
