well, that depends on where the pounds are coming from.
scientifically, weight is a force that results from the action of gravity on matter (matter being you). so, mass is what we should all really be talking about.
now, onto the answer:
i think you sound like a healthy girl, but NOT fat. i think if you lost weight, you'd start looking anorexic. you're almost 6', so be careful. im 5' and weigh 90....
but i wouldnt gain weight either. have you heard how hard it is to get off? what if you gain too much. no, i think you'd stay the same, but try eating healthy and maybe working about a few times a week at home or running around the block. thats all you need my dear.

that sounds good unless you you have aproblem with it you need to stop caring what others think cause that sounds really good to me and probably a lot of others but it dosnt matter anyway i used to think the same things all the time and people arent gonna care either way if you gain more weight they call you fat and if you lose weight they think you have an eating disorder or something so it sucks either way

i dont think you need to gain or lose any weight, you sound perfect. just stay healthy. gaining weight does not necesarily make you healthy nor does losing! it all depends on what you eat. and muscle mass can weigh a lot, so it sounds like you might have a muscular build.

for your height you should be probably at least 140, but it depends on your bone structure because you may look just fine how you are. I am 5'3" and my doctor said b/w 125 and 135 is a good healthy weight for me. but you should be at whatever weight you feel most comfortable instead of what people tell you that you should be. however, even if they don't admit it I think most guys don't really like girls who are really skinny and have no shape.

hope I helped :)

you're really skinny

you should try to gain 10-15 lbs....

but I'm not you. Only you can decide. are you happy at your weight? are you confident? do you feel good about yourself?
if you do than who cares what others like!

you're fine. i'm 5'2'' and i'm 120.

but you have to know that it often depends on proportion. more important than your weight is that you're balanced i.e. you don't want to ahve a lot of fat accumulate in your midsection and then have skinny everything else. knowing if your weight is good is a personal issue.

i know i constantly think that i'm fat but lots of ppl tell me that i'm average. so you're either fine or underweight! but i would lean towards the underweight side.

You are very underweight. You should try to gain some if you can just so you are healthy. If your like me and you can't gain weight then at least make sure you're eating healty.

I find it great. If everyone would have your whight, there wouldn't exist overwheight people. :-) However, you'd better follow a proper diet, including lots of fruit and vegetables, and exercise so that you keep your wheight as well as be healthier.
