today i was sittng down and i elt the baby kick me it was the best thing ever my baby is going to be bon soon and i am really sceard of the pain what should i do help

You should try to read some books about it and be in touch with your physician. You're so lucky, I wish I was pregnant but then again I'm only 19 so I guess that's a good thing.

Yes there is pain, but nothing you won't be able to handle.
Are you going natural? No pain killers?
If you choose to do so, you can have an epidural, which will help with the pain.

being scared is normal and okay. giving birth is the most wonderful and natural thing in this world. rejoice in this miracle. understanding the process of giving birth would take away some, if not most, of your fears. get some reading materials on child birth. this will enlighten you cuz we feel afraid if we do not know what comes next. good luck !!

attend birthing classess, ask lots of questions and realize you can control the pain. Also speak with your doctor and express your concerns. Good luck

Life and you are giving it to a little person soon. You will forget all about the pain, so please don't concentrate on that.

My wife and I just had our first.
Take the epidural.
Don't try to be a hippie and go natural, just take the epidural.
You'll be happy you did.
My wife was actually asleep as she dialated through most of it thanks to that epidural.
