A score of 94 is considered average. That's what about 50% of the people get. Here's a chart to help you interpret IQ scores:
140+ Extraordinary intelligence
130-140 Very superior intelligence
120-130 Superior intelligence
110-120 High average intelligence
90-110 Average intelligence

100 is an average score, but remember that there are many things that can affect the score, for example your stress levels, the amount of distraction you have in the room, boredom, etc.
IQ tests are also culturally biased to a certain degree, so you should not put too much stock in an IQ score. It is more important to apply yourself properly to the things you do.

For a more serious measurement you should consider taking Paul Cooijman's tests. His tests are widely accepted in the high IQ community. I am one of his highest scoring testees. I scored IQ 177 (16SD) on LIMIT, which is the highest recorded score on that test. Childhood scores are not comparable with adult deviation IQ's. I am age 20.

Well, depends on if it was adjusted. If an adult got that, he/she would be stupid. But if they analyzed your results like they analyze an adult's, then yours would be higher than that. However, if 94 is the adjusted score, it's low. I got around a 122 when I was 12. Now, it's about a 140.

Go to www.tickle.com and there is an IQ test. and gives you the results. If I remember correctly it is considered as average IQ.
