If it is making your eyes watery you should try a different brand or another type of eye liner with different ingredients...It could also be that you are putting it on incorrectly...
hope this helps...=]

I had this problem a while ago. Dont put so much on and dont share it with anyone else, eye infections can be passed on by sharing eye liners.

It happens to me too lol! I think its because your eyes are a sensitive area of your body and going near in with an eyeliner pencil puts your body into attack mode. Your tear dusts start working so that they keep your eye moist and hopefully flush away any foreign bodies.
If your eyes go puffy, you may be allergic to it.

well when you put it on it may water
or if it is the first time you put it on, your eyes may have to get used to it
but if you keep the eyeliner on for too long with out renewing it the liner will run and it will look like you have dark eyes or circles around them :(

You should check the date of it, all eye make-up has a shelf life. Also you may have an allergy, or you may be applying it too heavily.

that happens to me alot. Nowdays, i stick to eyeshadow under my eyes. If you want to wear eyeliner, do not put it inside your eye, put it JUST below the eye so that way it protects it. Ive seen al ot of people who wear eyeliner in their eye area and just makes it look harsh.

you could be alergic, or if your just starting to use eye liner your eyes might just have to get used to it.

You might be getting some in your eyes. When I put it on my bottom eyelid, my eyes water.
