How do i change at school?

I'm quite cheeky at school to teachers and stuff, i dont mean to be, and i always get in trouble and stuff and effects my grades alot. How can I change?

I get exactly what you mean. Last year, i sucked up to all my teachers and my GPA was 3.8. This year i didn't make much of an effort because all my teachers are idiots. Guess what my GPA is now. 3.6. I don't see what the problem is, if you worry about your grades, you have to start being nice to your teachers. Try to put yourself in your teacher's position, listening to your comments. And, is it really worth it to sound like a smartass around them? Or to appear rebellious so that your friends will think you're cool? Well, it doesn't make you look cool at all, if i were in your class, I'd just roll my eyes. What's more important to you? Popularity or grades? Your grades will effect you aLOT more in the long-run. Especially if you're in High School, grades are the most important thing in your life right now.

You just need to have the determination to change. You need to be careful about your actions, responsible for your actions and polite. You need to THINK before you say things, and if you do get in trouble, rather than arguing back just apologize. You need to be mature. Immature kids LOOK for trouble. Mature kids just stay out of it.

Hmm. I would suggest that, no matter how clever your comebacks are, keep them to yourself. Maybe biting your lip to stop saying a remark? I'm not sure, but good luck solving this problem.

Just don't say anything to them. Period. Shut up, unless they ask you something, then answer with a short, to the point answer. Don't engage them. It's pretty easy actually.
