I have just started going to college in Jan. for my Associates in Ecomic Crime (white collar crime, credit card fraud etc. ), so I am a long way off. I would like to work in the legal field. I am not interested in being a correction officer, police or a lawyer though it appeals to me a bit, it is not an option - any other ideas?

I have discovered a wonderful career field for the individuals such as yourself-- paralegal technology!! The paralegal field is open to many different areas, real estate, corporate business, government agencies, insurance, social work, and courthouses to name a few. Also Criminal Justice is another way to look. Check with your local community college and see if they offer classes in paralegal.
I'm in my 3rd semester of paralegal technology, and I really like it, but I found that I don't care too much for real property law. I'm looking towards the area of Elder Law. When all of these baby-boomers grow up, they are going to need new and tougher rules and laws to protect them. Also I like what the Guardian ad Litem does with kids and adults.

Paralegal, courtroom Reporter, something in the CJ field is sturdy. I merely have been given some Paralegal can provide commencing from $37,000-$40 two,000. i'm nonetheless debating on which one although. i don't comprehend this guy Maicos besides the fact that his call is this is like he's bashing each and every of the legal professions. merely because of the fact something undesirable happened to you does no longer mean this is going to ensue to others. region the place the region is performs a great place, in case you reside in a 300 guy or woman city of direction you will get the shitty end of the stick. yet, in case you reside in a Metropolitan area then you certainly could have greater opportunities, pay, and progression. He did factor out one factor: The Paralegal software must be ABA authorized, if no longer then it rather is a waste of time. I already performed my friends in legal study i'm now going for my BA in legal study. And no Im no longer attempting to be a Paralegal all my life this is in elementary terms a stepping stone to get me in, income awareness, and raise in my profession. Do your study, make advantageous their domestically authorized; because of the fact national accreditation does no longer mean a area. sturdy success to you & your study!

I would suggest you apply to a bank, financial company, or insurance company if you don't want to be a policeman or paralegal.
