If you mean 'exactly' in the middle, then there are no such words because a 7-letter word has no middle (due to the odd number of letters).
However, if you mean 7-letter words containing 'yo' anywhere between the first and last letter of the word, then the following are some examples:

There is no word because no matter the word there is going to be an uneven number of letters on each side for example ba-yo-net, 2,yo,3.
