im in high school. i have nothing to do a lot of the time, which is why im here. so no, i dont think Yahoo Answers is a waste of time for h.s. students.

no, this can be a good source for young people. But I must say that I am running across some disturbing questions that are getting the correct answers to help them, like....How do I get on my space at school. I think that is horrible and the children who use it for things like that should be banned from the site.

Well, I'm a senior in high school, and I think it depends on what we're looking at.
If we're learning about new topics and random stuff, then it's wonderful. If we're wasting time that could be used to do hw, then it's stupid.
For me, it's sometimes stupid and sometimes wonderful. Right now, I should be doing spanish, econ, english hw and writing a column for the school paper. Stupid me.

It passes the time and is a good place to find information. It's better than Myspace! However, it really annoys me that students just post their homework and let someone else do it.

I think it is a waste of time for all ages. Most people including myself) are bored that is my reason. The rest are just avoidng doing what they really should be doing.
