I loved that series too!!! The series went out of print in the mid 1990's, so i was only able to find them on ebay: (hope this link works)

search.ebay.com/sweet-pickles-books_W0QQfkrZ1QQfnuZ1

and other used book websites:

www.amazon.com/Elephant-Eats-Profits-Sweet-Pickles/dp/0030214262
hometown.aol.com/sunyday76/sweetpickles.html

You may also want to try your local used book stores.

Wow!!! I completely forgot about sweet pickles. We used to get one a month in the mail and i loved them. I ended up selling all my books those when i was about 13. I dont remember the stories, but i remember i loved getting them every month in the mail.

I loved those! Story spills the beans was my favorite.

I read them now, and they are terribly written, horribly illustrated, etc., but I loved them as a kid.

I found a few at thrift stores and garage sales. Never seen them in used book stores, though.
