1. Start with the outside of your eye, and work your way inwards.
2. Connect the ouside with the inside (very thin on the inside)
(you should connect around the middle of your eye)
3. If you like it as is, then your good to go, if not use a q-tip and lightly blend in the eyeliner.
Good luck!

In order to create that clean and straight line you should use the liquid form of the eyeliner. And you should try this with felt tip.
If you want to create that softer and subtler line then you should use the pencil eyeliners, as they are best.
You should rest your elbow on a hard surface. This will minimize the shaking of your hands. Start applying the eyeliner from the middle of the eyelid and then gradually drag the liner to the inner corner of the eye. You should draw the line as close to the lashes as possible.
Then go back to the center of the eyelid and repeat the same process outwards.
If you want to give that smoky look to your eyes then dab a little eye shadow over the line. This will not just give you the desired look but also help the liner stay in place. Of course the shadow and the liner should be of the similar shade.
If you find that the eyeliner smudges then you should not reapply the liner. Instead you should clean up the line with a dampened Q-tip.
well i hope this helped yah! :)

eye liner can make ur eyes look rly ugly and dark depending on ur eye shape but most of the time it looks better without it since it makes ur eyes look heavy... it doesnt make u look like a cheerful person. :S but if u rly want to do it, be careful lolll:P ur eyes will get all watery the first time but u get used to it... first check so that the pencil is not too sharp and then just pull the bottom part of ur eye down and draw a line between ur eye and ur lashes.. (i know it doesnt sound very precise but if u just look in a mirror ull get what i mean... ) dont push too hard with the pencil, u can repass with it many times if u want it to be darker. If ur using liquid eyeliner its easier to apply but for what u want it doesnt look the same and it comes off more easily (but its great for a retro liner tho ;)) u can also do the same thing on the top part of the eye but its way harder and i dont think its necessary... also just a tip: if u have blue eyes, take a blue eyeliner, it looks RLY nice... :) good luck

Start with a clean stick, do not share with anyone to prevent spreading infections. Very carefully and deliberately press the tip to the edge of eyelid. Right not too far inside or too far outside the lash lines. Keep both eyes open if you can as it makes it easier to see what your doing. Draw as though you were coloring and try to stay inside the lines. If there is any burning itching or pain stop and remove the eyeliner immediately. To remove at night, use a mild face soap but don't smear it against the eye simply close both dampen it and swipe both eyes.

On the top lids, start with a very fine line near the inside corner and make the line thicken as you move toward the outside corner - just not too thick! If you're going to put liner under your eyes, start at the outside corner but don't extend the line past about the center of the eye or it will actually make your eyes look smaller. As far as color goes, the darker your hair and eyes, the darker the liner. If you are fair, say, blonde with blue eyes, stay away from black liner. It can look too harsh.

Oh, a lot of people have troubles with this. First, you pull down your bottom lid (if you want it on the bottom) and gently put a line on the pink part near your lash line. Then, if you want it on top, close your eyes and put a neat line almost right on the lash line. Remember to always keep your pencil sharpened, unless you're using liquid, and never leave it out without it's cap on, or else you might get an eye infection.

What I do is pull down the bottom of my eye and put the liner on just above my bottom lashes. And then for the top I take the pencil and put in the corner of my eye, close my eye and run it back and forth on the top under the lashes. It may seem like it'd be uncomfortable, but after you do once or twice it's no problem at all. :) Also make sure the pencil is sharpened half way decently or it does hurt.

that depends on the shape of your eye. If your eyes are more slanted like mine then you only what to put it on the top lid and only on the ends of the lid not the whole lid, try to stay as close to the lash line as possible, eye liner is not suppose to look like a raccoon but just accent you eyes. If your eyes are larger and round you want to put it on the bottom of your eye lid, start from the inside and work your way out to the end. Again, always follow the line of the growth of your eyelash and you cant go wrong. Good luck!

Okay, there are 2 different ways of doing it -
The Normal Look
1. Open eye and stretch the skin outwards slightly
2. Apply thin line above eyelashes on lower lid, working from inside to outside.
3. You can wing it out slightly if you want - flick it outwards slightly.
4. Do same on upper lid, but below the lashes.
5. Smudge with finger if you want.
^Best done with thin pencil eyeliner^
The Gothic Look
1. Apply thick line above eyelashes on lower lid, working from inside to outside.
2. Do same on upper lid, but below the lashes.
3. Repeat above steps, doing a little higher each time.
4. Remember to wing out.
5. Smudge well.
^Best done with kohl (pronounced coal) eyeliner^
Eyeliner colour guide:
For a classic eyeliner application, choose shades of dark brown, gray, or black eyeshadow for the upper lid and a softer shade of those—tan, taupe, chestnut, soft brown, soft gray, or soft black—along the lower lashes. Eyeliner is meant to give depth to the lashes and make them appear thicker. If the liner is a bright color or a true pastel, attention will be focused past the lashes to the colored line, as opposed to the more subtle flow of color from dark lashes to dark liner. Test it on yourself. Line one eye with a vibrant color, the other eye with brown or black, and see which one looks like it has thicker lashes. Then, if all my attempts to convince you have failed, and you still prefer to use bright or pastel liners, go for it.

you take a deep breath in and relx open ur eye. Pull your eye lid down and hold the liner, lightly press the eye liner down and pull it across the lid. It ok to stop and blink your eyes a little and practics makes perfect. Also you can ask a friend to help you if you know that she wears make up. Good luck!
