i'm 18 years old. I didn't get breast buds til i was in grade 8/9 but i stayed as a 34A for a very long time. I recently started growing in my breast size from an A to a B over the summer which is very usual for someone my age. Does this mean i'm still growing?

Apparently you're still growing. :)
Why not ask your female relatives (mom, sister or aunt), this will give you a better idea what you will look like.

Yes, you're still growing. It's not unusual for a woman to grow in the breasts after age 18.

I have grown three times since then.

When I was 18 I was a 34B.
At 33 I was a 34C.
Now I am a 36C.

This happened to my mom also.

Women continue to grow through adulthood in the breast area.
