How about "spin the bottle strip twister drinking game"? You spin a bottle, and who ever it points to loses a piece of clothes and has to knock back a shot (vodka works well for this). Then after everyone is nekkid, you all play Twister! Works best with a mixed party, with a few guys in the mix.
