It really sucks when eyeliner smears. You get one of the spongy types of eyeliner and first do your inner eyes. Then you can be lightly do it on your eyelids.

take a angled eye brush. Instead of eyeliner, use black eye shadow. This will give it a not so defined look.

Use pencil first then put black eyeshadow over top. Then set it with translucent powder.
