well i think that they think they r the smartest ppl in the world and that stuff...really they do!! not all of them to be precise but surely alot of them do think this way!!
im good at theoritical studies and stuff and i find it really dissapointing that mathematicians snob me ( i mean school teachers) 4 not being able to do well at maths... does this mean im a stupid person???
ive given this subject alot of thought and still cannot make any sense out of it!!

Being bad at math doesn't necessarily mean you have low intelligence. Math is a great tool, and is useful for teaching logical thinking. However, some people lack aptitude for it.
As an aside, you shouldn't allow yourself to believe that you're simply "bad at math." You should instead work harder to try and learn it even though you probably hate it. If nothing else, the discipline you'll learn in overcoming it will serve you well later in life.

Nobody is born with the knowlegde of math.The ability to do it comes with practise.Generally people who are good at math are practising all the time and are improving constantly. If you have trouble understanding it, most probably comes down to the book that you are studying from. Some books are ancient and are really a barrier for learning. Remember that many books exist and start on a basic level and work youre way up to where you need to be. A negative attitude will bear inferior results, so start afresh and have a positive attitude with a lot of practise. Then you will see how you this subject will turn out to be youre favourite.
Besides an IQ is not an accurate measure of intelligence.

We all have talents in different areas. Just because we have a weakness in some does not necessarily make us dumb, but it isn't a guarantee for brilliance either! ;-)
Even Einstein was stupid in certain areas! Does that mean he had a low IQ? :-)

I am in school and my teacher has a bad subject! But she still is VERY smart!Everyone has a bad subject but that is very normal! I hope that answers your question!
