My girlfriend finished with me 2 weeks ago. Then the other day, she sent me a message to ask if I'd like to go for a drink with her, only as friends,where we could just chat etc. I after thinking long and hard agreed. The problem was that the drink was terrible, she just started having a go at me,basically saying why she finished with me, and that she's seeing a new guy now, who's much 'better'...i just got quite upset...and i admitted rather stupidly that i had strong feeling for her, and that i loved her....she replied...that i didn't mean it...and then i just walked out...about 2 hours after, i got a message saying that she was sorry for all the hurtful stuff she said. i didn't reply. then yesterday, i get another message saying that she wanted to be friends with me, if i wanted to, and she says she thinks it can work.....i haven't replied yet...what should i do...feel like not replying! then today, even tho didnt reply,get other txt 'u could have at least replied'... i havent!!!

She sounds toxic. Stay away from her and don't reply to anything. You gave her one more chance and she turned on you. That's enough.

I do not like her. Seems to me she enjoys hurting you, she should know better than giving you the details about her current relationship. She is a mean, horrible, horrible person.
Do not answer, go out with friends, move on.
I am so glad she let you go, believe me there is someone out-there that can make you happier and that will love you as much as you love her.

I wouldn't reply. EVER. This girl sounds like a lot of drama. She was rude and inconsiderate to you when you did agree to meet with her and now she is basically telling you that you were rude for not responding to her afterwards? She can't have her cake and eat it too, ya know. She sounds like more trouble than she is worth, in my opinion...

Good for you! Once the - she's seeing another guy - came out of her mouth, that was when she was just being plain mean spirited. You don't need friends like this who try to intentionally hurt you. Stay strong.

This girl does not know what she wants. But my advice to you, dont go back to her. Also, you cant plan to be friends, you have to let it happen on its own little by little. And if she wants you to reply, just write back like one word answers. Like yes, no, okay' limit it. She'll be satisfied that your not ignoring her. Just move on, thats what she wanted and now she's acting all psyco. want to date a psyco?

Get yourself a new woman because she has too much emotional baggage. If she is the 'wifey' type I think you would end up getting a divorce so find a stable woman and save yourself the pain. Don't cave and screw her because it would only get worse and she would get crazy.

it sounds like your ex girlfriend is bitter about your break up....
if you think it is better for YOU to avoid answering her messages, then don't.
she will eventually give up.
