Well, if you had your period then you probably aren't pregnant.
The weight gain most likely can be attributed to eating more (maybe because you were nervous you'd be pregnant?) or a coincidence.

You could be pregnant. You can get pregnant while on your period, as different women have different intervals of periods (between 21 and 35 days), so your day of ovulation could be during your period. There is also something called "implantation bleeding" which some women have and sometimes mistake as their period. Some women actually report having their period throughout their pregnancies. Now remember, the symtoms are different for every women, and many have different symptoms each pregnancy. For me (this is my first pregnancy), my period was weird last month, spotting 4 days before it actually started and then nothing, and then it started late, and this month no period at all. So I am not sure if I am 5 weeks along or 9. But I'm definitely pregnant. Anyway I wish you good luck.

Maybe you ate more? If you had your period you most likely aren't pregnant. Try exercise and a healthy diet.

Oh great! Another illegitimate child for me to support. Just what I need. It almost sounds like you're just hoping upon hope that we'll suggest you're pregnant. I mean, you have all the dates figured out and everything. Sickening.
