Usually if it's pronounced "EYE" or "AY" the 'E' is before the 'I' or after a 'C' the 'E' is before the 'I'. In most other cases it's the 'I' is before the 'E'. There are exceptions though, like 'Science', 'Neither' and 'Weird'.
So yes it's 'Feisty'
