The reason Jeff Hardy is NOT in the WWE SmackDown! vs Raw 2007 video game is because he was resigned after the game was completed.

you can make jeff it looks like him too

he is not on the game because the game came out after jeff came back
but he is going to be on smackdown vs raw 2008

well in the cheats i founded in google search was that jeff hardy is there 2 b unlocked when matt hardy having an ladder match

-The entrance videos and RAW/SD videos are from 7/06.
-The rosters are from 12/05.
-The season mini-game is from 1/06.
-The avail. matches are from 4/05.
-The (wwe/world) champs are from 7/06
-The Tag-team champs are from 3/06
