You can't technically "breed" seedless anything since seeds are the product of a sexual process. But you can reproduce plants by asexual methods. The two most common asexual ways for plants to reproduce are by cuttings from the plant which are then planted and nurtured or by roots traveling underground and popping up as a new plant. Many plants can reproduce in several ways, but there are only a few vertebrate animals that can reproduce in more than one way.
