I had a best friend of 3 years and last night on the computer over an im she dumped me and said she doesn't want to be my friend anymore should i ignore her at school?

i would stay away from her this has happened 2 me and they came back 2 me!

Be the bigger person, dont act like a child and ignore her. Just be normal, smile, you dont have to say hi when you see her, just smile. Just because she "dumped" you, doesnt mean its the end of your happy world. Show her that and find some new friends.

well ... you should always try and work things out. You don't want three years going down the drain just like that. If it doesn't work out, then dont necessarily ignore her but just become a bit more distant.

NO! instead of ignoring her, ask why she doesnt wanna be ur friend, if its about somthin dumb then she's not worth the trouble

Well that wouldn't be the wisest thing to do.Just ask her if you did something to upset her,and if she confides,and if you are at fault,you admit to it,if not you tell her that you are not at fault.If she doesn't confide,there's very little that you can do.
