Alarm clocks are horrible shrill reminders that humans can never have enough sleep!!!

yea, my alarm clock has this weird noise as it starts up the cd player and everytime I hear it, it is just unsettling cause it is so deeply related to waking up when i'm horribly tired.
The beeper is related to waking up from naps, usually before i'm ready and usually signalling more football practice.
