Does it really work? I'm thinking of buying it to try and tone my abs and lower body.

If you do it and follow it consistently, it does.

Does it work? Depends on what you want to get out of it. I bought a 2 DVD set recently and the workouts are low impact but, like just about any other workout you can buy, if you do it regularly, and eat well, you'll probably see results.

I've seen good reviews on their other YBB workouts...the ones I bought aren't the ones from the infomercial.

Doing something is better than doing nothing...add some more intense cardio to your workouts during the week, and you should get some decent results. I have all kinds of workout videos and DVDs to keep me from getting bored due to lack of variety.

all exercise works when preformed properly but most will never see the physical changes that they desire due to the diet. it's like hiring the best architect to design your home and then buying substandard building materials.

the body can only utilize the nutrients that it is provided with and that is 100% up to you.
