Morning sickness is considered to be nausea, vomitting, fluish, aversions to food, feeling sick to look or smell foods. With my first pregnancy I had morning sickness the entire nine months and I only vomited maybe ten times. In my situation everything I looked at as far as food made me sick. After vomitting those first several times I just learned to avoid a certain food all together if it made me think I would vomit. Then I stopped vomiting but still had constant nausea and it was very hard finding something that wouldn't make me green. So the best thing you can do is just avoid stuff that makes you feel sick even if it means you have to sustain yourself on crackers and fruit. It's what I did and my daughter turned out healthy.

Luckily this time around (I am 33 weeks today) I had no morning sickness at all but it has been replaced with leg pains and cronic heartburn so every pregnancy is different.

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. absolutely not. i am 5 months pg, i had nausea throughout my first trimester, and little throwing up. i threw up on average of once every 6 times i was nauseous- i believe it might be called naux vomita - but look it up on a pregnancy site ie pregnant.com, babycenter.com, pampers.com and that should give you all the info you need. nausea is far more common than vomiting- and be THANKFUL if you dont vomit! good luck!

No morning sickness does not have to include vomiting. All though some women get it as an added bonus. "ME"
