Sears sells a noise eliminator kit, which consists of rubber grommets you put the mounting bolts through. If it's noise you are referring to, that would be your solution.

Hi,
I had a similar problem!
Above the drive moter there are mounts installed from the ceiling to the motor. There may be only two of the mounts that are L shaped aluminized metal with holes in them. Measure from the motor to the ceiling support s,...mine was about 3 or 4 feet. Go to one of the box stores and tell the salesperson what you want.,i.e., two more L shaped metal supports and 4 bolts that will go through the holes and be about 1-1/2 inches long with lock washers to attach to your ceiling and motor supports. Attach the additional motor supports.
That should do it!

there's a kit you'll get which makes use of heavy rubber grommets to help hose down the vibration. attempt calling sears or a community storage door corporation.that's called a Vibration Isolation kit. you'll locate them on line for decrease than $20.00.

Use #10 oil on the rollers and, most important, the bar that runs from the motor to the door header. ( the wall)

Oil or grease the the chains or gear driven shaft. Also the rollers on the door itself. It helps ours.
