Click on these 2 links, and your concept of reality will be changed forever. One should also not that our MSM (mainstream propag...err... media) NEVER speaks about these things.

Ignore them. It is just more socialist propaganda designed to shake your faith in America. There is plenty out there for you to read if you want to learn about the Federal Reserve System. Don't trust the agenda driven bloggers. Do your own real research.

Jimmy, I am afraid that there is no way that he or anyone else can prove these videos wrong, because they are not wrong. They are also not BS propaganda. The propaganda comes from the other side But you are not going to be able to convince some people of the truth, because they simply don't want to believe it. There are many videos. I saw one the other day, that explains the resistance of many people, and how to overcome it, but I can't find the link right now. Just keep watching videos and reading articles and checking out as many links as you can. The more truth you learn the better for all of us. Don't be discouraged when you run into resistance, because as more and more people wake up, the resistance will decrease...but there will always be those who still think the earth is flat, and only 6000 years old. Keep up the good work. *sm*

There is so much disinformation in those two videos that I'm not sure where to start.
- Freedom to Fascism. From the NY Times (an MSM outlet):
"Facts Refute Filmmaker’s Assertions on Income Tax in ‘America’"
"...examination of the assertions in Mr. Russo’s documentary.. shows... they ... collapse under the weight of fact."
"Many of the reviews in major newspapers have accepted as having some factual basis the film’s main contention, ... even though every court that has ever ruled on these issues has upheld the constitutionality of the income tax.
"All of the federal income tax revenue, the film says, goes to these bankers to pay interest on the national debt, even though by the broadest measure the federal government’s interest payments are less than 40 percent of the individual income taxes"
"... Mr. Russo says ...that the Internal Revenue Service has refused every request to show any law making Americans liable for an income tax on their wages. ... Yet among those thanked in the credits for their help in making the film is Anthony Burke, an I.R.S. spokesman. Mr. Burke said that when Mr. Russo called him asking what law required the payment of income taxes on wages, he sent Mr. Russo a link to documents, including Title 26 of the United States Code, citing the specific sections that require income taxes be paid on wages. Title 26 says on its face that it is law enacted by Congress."
"..Arguments made in court that the income tax is invalid are so baseless that Congress has authorized fines of $25,000 for anyone who makes them..."
"... Mr. Russo says in the film that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified and thus a tax on wages is unconstitutional. This claim has been made in various forms by thousands of tax protesters since 1913, and so far their batting average with the courts is .000.
To buttress the claim that the 16th Amendment is invalid, the film displays a quotation from a federal district judge, James C. Fox. But the transcript from which the judge’s words were taken shows that while he spoke those words, they were in the context of laying out issues and that the conclusion he reached was the opposite of the words quoted."

- Second film: Federal Reserve
This conspiracy minded film needs to be updated.
There is foundation for the conspiratal origins of the Federal Reserve. Indeed these powerful banker met to create a banking cartel. It was hotly debated between the Republicans who wanted a private Federal Reserve and the Democrats who wanted a publicly controlled Federal Reserve. The Republican bill was introduced around 1910 and was defeated. The compromise bill which consisted of privately held branches and the government agency known as the Board of Governors was passed in 1913 as the Federal Reserve Act.
The concerns over private bank interests over the public interest boiled over with the coming of the great depression. The Banking Act of 1935 stripped the branches of much of their power and given to the Board of Governors. For the first time, all monetary policy was controlled by a single government body. The Branches were relegated to day-to-day operations as directed by the Board of Governors.
The videos depiction of Rothschilds, Warburg, Strong, and the Free Masons (?) owning the Federal Reserve is without merit. Research the Rothschilds and Warburg and you'll find their mighty empires are a shadow of their former selves. There is no structure for any ownership of the Board of Governors, and no structure for individual private ownership of Fed Branches.
The idea that JFK's Executive Order to print up $5B in silver certificates would put the FR out of business is laughable. At the time, the Money Supply was at $365B. (ref http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h6/hist/h6hist1.txt).
At least get your conspiracy theories up to date. The stockholders of the biggest banks are a matter of public record. That would be a good place to start.
