I had my period about two weeks ago and today I had a few spots of the brownish color discharge. What could that be?

It could be nothing or it could be that you're pregnant

I don't know for how long this has been happening but you better go to the doctor as soon as possible , because it could end up being Fibrosis, which if left too long could require histeroctomy, radiation and /or chemothrapy.

an occult miscarraige if your having sex. Also could just be normal. Sometimes hormones can fluxuate and cause this as well. Don't worry about it unless it happens more then three months in a row...then see your gyn

Do you take birth control? Cause if you do the that could be the problem.

Probably nothing...but I would call a Dr to be sure....I have had something similar before...so don't worry
