...... they make very good desktop's.
We run 15 of them at work,... and the office girl's like them so much, some of them have bought Acer Laptop's.
Im thinking of changing to Acer or Toshiba for my next laptop, because they pack really big hardware in their laptop's, where as other manufacturer's jack the price up to much...

I've got an Acer laptop since last year, and so far, so good - no problems to report. It's a bog standard basic model, which is more than good enough for home use and some office work also.
It's got everything I need and then some. I use it every day, everywhere, and despite two falls and some abuse over Christmas, it's still going strong!
I'd say definitely more reliable than I deserve!
Also, their touchpads are WAY better than Dell, and with the inbuilt scroll button, I never use a mouse now, I don't need it, whereas with the Dell I use at work, I find the touchpad pretty clumsy and useless.

There fine, I've had a Acer Aspire 3500 for 18 months, after a few weeks it developed a vertical light coloured line about 5 mm wide about 2 inches in from the right hand side, I rang the helpdesk they said they would arrange a courier to call and pick it up, 10 days later it was delivered back with a new screen fitted. Can't faulty the service.

i respect my Acer, my sister has Acer as does my best mate. i imagine they're the finest fee for money, as you at the prompt are not figuring out to purchase the emblem. Dell, HP, Sony and Apple look tremendous and are tremendous yet you may stick a a million in the front of the price to hide the fee of the label.

C-net ranked some of the Acers laptop as the best deal. They are known for cheap laptops. Toshiba has the best, but you end up paying for it.

i haven't bought a laptop, but a desktop, it has been in for repairs more times than in my home (I have only had it a month). It has now been scraped as it can not be fixed any more. Got me money back, but that not the point, had to take the time out to look for another one. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM.
