hey girls i dont mean to be nas ty but i got a date today and im sord of in my days and were gonna drink and stuff i know i cant have sex and i wasnt planning to but is there anything i could do to make the flow slower oh my period came down yesturday

No, sorry. You could look into picking up a product called Instead Softcups. One of the things they claim along with menstrual flow control of up to 12 hours is "clean sex." Its worth looking into.

No but they do make these things called instead. It is a small cup that you insert around your cervix. It catches all of the blood. They stay in place even if you have sex. My twin sister used to use them all of the time. You can find them is the same place as all of the other feminine hygiene.

I don't know of anything to make your period slow down...depending on what method of birth control you use, you can skip them sometimes, but once you get it it's generally going to run its course.
Watch the "drinking and stuff" tonight because you most certainly can have sex on your period, and doing so won't mean you can't get pregnant or get an STD.
