Thaw it in the refrigerator (never at room temperature) 2 days before Thanksgiving. Don't put stuffing in the cavity till the bird is fully cooked and cook the stuffing on the stove top. Follow the instructions on the side of the turkey package.

At this point in time, just be feeding it a lot of chick starter as it is just hatching out right now. Switch over to regular turkey chow as soon as feathers form. It should be nice and fat by turkey day. Good Luck and God Bless

You get one apple (sliced), half a onion and soak half a cup of red wine for 15 min so they absorb the wine. Get some rosemary and sage put it in the turkey and put the onions in and the apple without the red wine. Brush some olive oil onto the turkey cover cook as directed.

In a cooking bag, breast side DOWN for a moist turkey dinner.
